I failed to sense any customer service practice been put in place anywhere in the conversation. Practice aside, check out the grammar. Is this how a front-liner of a big name in the industry should response to a customer? Seriously, that's how you treat a customer? I wonder how does she talks to them. I don't mind the languange tunggang langgang but i do mind the attitude. She is rude. No manner. And i personally think she deserve to receive that cynical email with her boss in the loop. She started it, and i just want to end it. My way.

Dalam waktu yang pendek, kadang-kadang kita cuba buat semua benda. Kadang-kala bila waktu terlalu panjang, kita malas nak buat apa saja hatta bangun dari katil.

Sama juga kekdahnya bila nak kena update blog yang dah mula bersawang ni. The easiest is to blame the time. Walhal diri sendiri yang M. It kinda weird sometime when i didn't update my blog but then my hectic schedule does not let me spare a bit of time to write anything. Tu tak kira lagi part tak setelkan bil berukben semput tu. Maka, sisa-sisa waktu yang terluang cK curi-curi guna kredit henpon update status FB. Terasa jauh sangat dari teknologi bila baca update sendiri yang ada buh "....updated 8 hours ago". Giler saiko lah! Kalau di satu masa dulu, berdesup2 setiap setengah jam update status sampai ada yang tensi dan sanggup hide (yelah...kang delete kang, kecik hati lak kan) ni ha...sekali dalam masa 8 jam baru nak update? Apakah?

Terima kasihlah pada yang masih sudi bertanya khabar. Yang email, sms, inbox .Terasa kurang meriah update kat Home masing-masing gamaknya. Mungkin ada yang cuak kot, mana tau cK dah tukar character jadi anti sosial ke haper ke kan. Kot lah sakit ke, terlantar ke ...kena demam kus kus ke.Korang mana tau kan?

Alhamdulillah, cK ok. Busy je noks. Semenjak pegang portfolio baru ni...ada banyak perkara baru yang nak kena explore. Learning never stop. So, that is what i've been doing all this while.
